Elie Samir Saad, M.Eng.
Founder & CEO, Quollnet
Elie Samir Saad is a civil-engineering and technology innovator with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure and digital solutions. He holds a B.Eng. in Structures (Georgia Tech, 1993), a B.S. in Computer Science (LAU, 1994), and an M.S. in Project Management (Georgia Tech, 1996). He deepened his expertise with FIDIC Certification (OOEA, 2008), a Construction Management Certificate (OOEA, 2011), and a Construction Law Certificate (Lebanese Order of Engineers, 2013).
After launching his career as Project Engineer on Atlanta’s North Avenue Apartments (1995–1996), he joined SEG (1997–2003) where he coordinated cost-control software development and led master-development projects in Beirut Central District. As Regional Manager, he established SEG branches in Algeria (2001), Qatar (2003), Morocco (2007), Abu Dhabi (2008), Dubai (2010), and Egypt (2015), overseeing operations across MENA.
In 2020 he founded Quoll LDA (quollnet.com) to fuse engineering know-how with software. Under his leadership Quollnet has delivered:
1. SnagHere, now used in over 500 construction projects worldwide
2. CashFlowPot.com, an AI-driven cash-flow forecasting tool
3. QChecklist, an interactive checklist platform
4. An in-development cost-accounting suite for contractors
His writing and tools have made a measurable impact:
